The Class II, Type B2 Biological Safety Cabinets provide downflow air drawn from within the laboratory or outside air. No downflow air is drawn from the cabinet exhaust air.

The HEPA filter is used to maintain air exhaust of downflow and inflow air deprived of recirculation inside the cabinet that keeps the cabinet interior under the negative 120 Pa and are maintained contaminated ducts.
